1. Introduction

2.2.1. Right to Block/Delete: We reserve the right to block or delete user accounts without prior notice or explanation if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user has violated our Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or acted in a manner that disrupts the normal operation of the app.

2.2.2. Reasons for Action: Account blocking or deletion may occur due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

● Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.

● Engagement in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

● Creation of multiple accounts with malicious intent.

● Any activity deemed harmful or inappropriate to other users or the integrity of the app.

● Posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behaviour.

2.2.3. Effects of Blocking/Deletion: Blocked or deleted accounts may lose access to certain features or services within the app. Any accumulated data, points, rewards, or virtual assets associated with the account may also be forfeited.

2.2.4. Appeals Process: Users who believe their account was blocked or deleted in error may contact our support team to appeal the decision. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis and may reinstate accounts at our discretion.

3. User Content

3.1. The App may allow you to post, submit, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to messages, photos, and profile information. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

3.2. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to use and authorise us to use all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other proprietary rights in and to any User Content.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by the App. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
